do i need to rejet

Default do i need to rejet

Bought a super trap today and was wondering if i need to go to the next size up on my main? The trap does have tuneable disc in it,need some advice on what i should do?

CatKrazy- I have ran supertraps on several different atvs and have learned each atv reacts differently when pipes were installed. I have seen some atvs need rejetting and the exact bike with the same pipe will not need it.
Put it on and check the color of your plug to determine if you need to rejet.

Thanks, and yes i was going that route anyway, but just wanted a short cutt so to speak. I will check after a few hours ridding.
Whats the rule of thumb on the main. to lean go up a size in the main or down?

A pipe will more than likley make you go lean. To get more fuel you will need increase the jet size for more fuel. You have a 148 main jet now, I would try a 152 if your plug is white.
