Well I need to tell you guys what happened deer hunting yesterday. After a day and a half of hard hunting in Minnesota, on one of our many drives we had two deer down about a half-mile from the road. Everybody was tired, so they wanted me to go back and get my AC 300 4x4 and my 6x8 trailer, to haul out the deer, and to move a stand to the other side of the marsh that was knocked over. I got back out to them, and we loaded the deer stand on, put the two deer in the trailer then five hunters. Total weight with trailer was 1,800 - 2,000 pounds. I put one hunter on the front rack for about 230 pounds. I locked the front axel and used super low range, and pulled them back to the road. The soil was soft and very bumpy with tall grass and willows. We did get stuck three times, but with that many people we got out without any problems. Everybody was amazed that the Cat could pull the load. When we got back to the road my cousin was sitting on his Sportsman 500 shaking his head. He said he was very impressed. I just proved to him that you don't need always need a 400 - 600cc quad.
