The shock on my 86 Tri-Z is blown and the shop said the shaft is too pitted to rebuild. Finding a good used Tri-Z shock is proving to be difficult and a new one is way too expensive. What other shock will fit on the Tri-Z? Warrior, Banshee, ATC250R, Quadracer? I don't care what machine it comes off as long as it works and I can get my hands on one without breaking the bank. Thanks for the help.

 

Try calling Works or TCS, they should know what you need and I can't imagine there not being another candidate for a transplant. I love old 2 stroke 250's, espically the tri-z and tecate, you just don't see them every day.

 

The warrior shock will fit. I have 2 used 85 tri-z shocks for sale. Unknown condition. Never had them on a trike. As is. Will try to pick the best one. $65 plus shipping.
