So, Can you actually pull the rope FROM the recoil??

When you pull the rope, the engine spins right? wrong?

it won't spark. you can pull it but it wont spark.

 

Find the CDI box. This is a small black box with wires and a plug. I'd say its 2.75 inches by 1.25 inches. IIRC it's above the engine and under the gas tank. Unplug it and remove it. Put it somewhere warm overnight, I put things on top of the hot water heater. Leave it there a day or so. Put it back on and see if it will spark.

If it still wont start take it off and to the dealer and see if they can test it.
