I'm not sure how fast my 350x is...but if I count it in my head slow..(one onethousand, two onethousand), I count up to 5 seconds, threw all 6 gears...but I could be wrong..I gotta let off it cause it keeps pulling wheelies..lol

its all good. in the end, its always rider that determines dangerousness.....well, unless you're making 70hp on a machine with barely in suspension. but my buddy start out riding a 82 and he never got of the thing and now owns an 85. although slower, his 82 scared me more when it hit the powerband than my 86. its like i was riding the fastest 185 in the world.

The Yamaha YT125 and YT175. Terrible chassis, terrible looks, crankshaft problems from day one, way underpowered for a 2 stroke.
The Suzuki ALT125 and ALT185. Transmission problems were continuous. Suzuki made about 4 update kits over the years for them and never got it right.
All of the early 1980s Kawasaki models excluding the Tecate. Electrical problems that ontinue to this day. The CDI box is still only made by the original vendor in Japan and it sells for over $300 still. Plan on replaing it every 2 to 3 years. More often if ridden often.
Honda has one in the mix to. The 1984-1985 ATC125M. If these were run by older guys or never abused much, they were and still are great bikes, but once you get someone on there who bangs through the gears, you may as well throw away the center cases. The shift detent arm has a mount on the center case that is easily broken. The metal here is so thin that welding will not fix it. The area in question cannot be built up either. Honda's replaement cases have the same issue.
These weren't really what I would call the "worse ATCs" but are definately what omes into my mind when I think back and remember all these problems that affected them.
