Default 200s tires

i ned to know some information about the tires and rims that i have. 1 are they split rims? 2 if they are how do the come apart and what should i watch out for? 3 is it common for them to have a tube in them?

last night i was out riding and aparantly my tire twisted on the rim just a little and poped off my valvestem. thats when i found out that there was a tube in my tire. well, i would like to get this fixed very soon so any info would be nice.

the tires are almost brand new, and the rims are stock from 1986. $ is tight so i dont think that i'm going to be upgrading. i jsut need to know what i'm going to get in to if i try to split the rims. i dont want to mess it up.
