I saw you swapped carbs and it worked. I had the same problem with my 110 and found out that over the years plople that owned it previously seated the needle screw too tight and actually pitted an indention in the seat or idle screw housing. This made idle even sometime starting almost impossible. I don't think their is a fix and I ended up replacing it also.
