Default Nicest Big Red ?

Who has the nicest Big Red on here? What are some of the mods that have been done? What is the price you would sell it for if you did? What did you give for it? How much do you have in it? Just a poll

Default Nicest Big Red ?

Mine is an 86. I am the third owner. I gave 700. I have owned it for a year. It has a new start switch and dash about $60.00 from ebay. The seat was recovered for 40.00. I would take maybe 1200 if I wanted to sell it (I don't). It is the most reliable ATV I have ever owned.

Default Nicest Big Red ?

Mine's an 85, i paid $600 for it this summer. I currently have around $640 invested in it. The whole shaft drive has been replaced, as long as all new rear bearings and seals. Brand new rear plastic and new seat cover. I'm gonna have to replace the gas tank, the front fork boots, and front bearings. I went and screwed up the frickin front fender so thats another thing i'm gonna have to buy (stupid tree ) lol. Oh yeah, almost forgot, i just bought a new set of turf tamers for it and haven't got to put them on it yet so i've got about $800 in it now. Once i'm done i might let it go for about $1200. Also, those pics in my profile are pretty out of date, thats what it looked like when i had only replaced the plastic. I'd like to hear about more readers big reds and what all has been done to them.

I have a 84 Big Red 200 es. It's in PERFECT mechanical shape and the only problems it has is the tank decals have a few chips out of it.
I also have a 85 250es that is MINT. I just bought it Friday, the guy (older man) bought it new in 85' in Utah and he said he rode it around 20 - 30 hrs. over the last 20 yrs. I believe him, Its beautiful and runs as good as it looks.
I guess you guys can't post pictures here on this forum? If ya can I can't figure out how. If anyone wants to see the pictures of my 2 Big Reds head over to:
http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/s...050#post200050 - for the 84' pics
http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/s...7&page=2&pp=15 - for the 250es pics

If there is a way to post pics here somebody give me a clue....

oops, my bad. I found the Bio page and posted my pics there on the picture section, or go check out tje links above...

i think i have the nices one i got it for free from my dad who bought them brand new in 86. its bored .60 new valves and new gaskets i would never sell that thing and if i had to u would not have enought money .that thing starts up on the 1st or 2nd kick every time even if its 0 degres out . it might not be the fastest trike out there but it is fun to ride
