I was wondering if any others have had problems with the hi-lo subtrans of the 90,110, and 125, It seems all of the 125s I ahve been in contact with have had problems, does anyone know what part is the booger that keeps breaking, can you change the hi lo pieces from the 90 to 110 125, I know they are differetn in the motor, but what about trans,?

 

They are different in regards to the trans too.

You have the 90/early110.....late 110...and the 125

Usually, the shaft with the double gear is the ulprit in the subtransmission, but I have seen it all. You aren't going to know until you take a look in there.
