With the full suspension, electric start, reverse and a 250 (wow a 250 lol), others did not compare.

Couple of questions for you:

How did you extend your swingarm? My 85 is shaft driven, isn't yours as well? Did you lengthen the drive shaft somehow? If you have a solution to this how would you feel about maybe doing the same to my swingarm? If you are interested, what would you charge for it?

i love my '85 250sx. my father clocked me at 68mph the other day, so you musta had a heavy plow on yours. i hit jumps on mine all the time, it ain't the softest landing, but if ya put the shock on 3 and ease it down its ok. there's no way a stock 200x can beat a 250sx. my uncle had one and he had acobra exhaust and i still beat him through every gear and mine is stock.

Don't get me wrong, I love my SX, but how did you get a 250sx to do 68mph? Was it on a trailer? Was it in the back of a pickup? The 350X (stock) only did 65 (70 on a good day...down hill, with someone pushing). The 250sx is a 5 speed transmission where the larger, 350X had a 6 speed. I honestly doubt that the SX topped 55 mph. My bike only did 49 because I had 20" tires on it and a plow.
