Hole in exhuast!!

Default Hole in exhuast!!

iv got this hole in my pipe, right before the header and muffler meet..iv tryed that hardening stuff...it like just blows off from vibration and the backpressure....iv tryed a tin can for a base then that hardening exhaust gew crap..still didnt work..anyone got any ideas?

ohhh and also, where the exhuast is, that whole area of the engine is black from the carbon, what can i use to remove it..any like household products??

you can either take a peice of tin and a clamp and clamp it on really tight or you could weld something on

and for getting the carbon off you could probly use a wire brush

Default Hole in exhuast!!

my buddy had the same problem. But it's right at the end of his FMF powerbomb header. we think it is from the guy who put his Raptor back together when they put in the 11:1 compression piston bent it and put a crack in it. I don't know what he is going to do about it. try getting it welded
