I heard from a very good body shop that you can not.....but there are at least 3 people on the ATC forum right now that are going to try it. You can not put enough flex-agent in the paint to make it flex with the plastic , and not crack.

I have a banshee that has been painted. My brother runs a custom body shop and he had a little flip flop paint left over so we sprayed my bike. Yes we added the flex agents and stuff but if you wreck it bad enough (like me) it will chip, but hey, it's paint not steel. Before you do it like I did, check with a local paint rep. and ask them about the new paint just for plastic. I heard about it but I can't remember which paint company makes it but it is brand new stuff. If i remeber the company that makes it I will shoot it to you.

i used the fusion paint on my trike and well at first it was ok but after a while of ofroad and dirt road riding the paint looked like sht so i took it off but i suggest u dont primer it and use the exact same paint as the plastic so if it scraches its not noticible especialy on the iner part of the fenders, id say just leave it. but then again my three wheller was the first thing i ever sprainted so it could have just been my bad painting skill.
good luck though
