OK i just got a 1984 honda atc 200m. its just the frame and the forks and the front tire. i was wondering if it is worth rebuilding it. An also is there a way to put rear suspention on it, i know how to weld.

Sounds like you'll need a second parts bike in order to build one complete bike.
As for the rear suspension. Forget about it. It could be done but it's not worth it. (unless you are just a monster garage freak who wants to try) Look for a 200x frame and go from there if you want rear suspension.

If you don't have the rearend either, I would forget about it as a project and find something else.
Like these guys said, if you want rear suspension, it's better to start with a 200X chassis, and there are plenty different engine combinations that will bolt right into this frame.
