Default 200ES top speed

Prior to my slight modifications I topped out at 50MPH or 80KM

After adding a new air filter, cleaning the carb out and adding an exhaust topped out at 55MPH or 90KM

Not too bad for an 84.

Yeah

I like the way people have top speeds of 80 and 90 MPH on a ATC90.

I never clocked mine before I sold it. It moved pretty good. Didn't seem much slower than my wolverine or 200x top end. It was not nearly as quick as either taking off though.

You have to remember that those bikes aren't meant to have a good off the line speed. I have found a huge difference with a better exhaust the bike will come off the ground in the first 3 gears which blows me away. This is a bike that i use during hunting season to drag out deer and in the snow it is awesome, it will go anywhere and now that it has a power increase it will make it that much more of a fun bike too.

hondawontdie....you hit it right on the head! You can use it as a work horse, and have a ton of fun too! That is the important part!

no doubt

I used mine for a year on pipeline right of ways to inspect construction. It was a tough bike.
