Can some tell me if 82 and 83 carb boot, engine switch, headlight are interchangeable????

Acording to Bike Bandit the carb boot is a different part #, But I do not see why they would be, I would say yes to what you asked, but part# wise it looks like no.???????????? not much help huh!

 

yes, you should be able to use practically every part off of ether trike, I know for sure the headlight and engine switch are the same.

i have an '83 250r and my topend is off an '82.the whole topend is interchangeable including the reeds boot and cage but the carb is smaller on an '82 therefore u have 2 get an '82 carb. the bottmend is all the same except for the shifting rod it is longer than the '83.it will work but u will have to notch your frame. my friend had to do it to his '83 250r. hope this helps any more questions i might can help
