what do you all think is the perfect way to break in a 2 stroke

I ride it for about an hour not going over half throttle and tightening the head nuts every 25 minutes until i have tightened them four times. then i go and ride it like i normaly do for about an hour. i let it cool off completely then tighten the head nuts for the last time to the specified tourqe. then i ride it like i normaly do ( ***** out)

yah i did about that but didnt torque the head nuts. Anyone got a clue what the torque is for a yamaha 125 cc engine ???
