Default Fork oil 200X

I just did my fork seals this weekend. If you have a factory manaul, it will help quite a bit. Just pay attention to what goes where when you take everything apart.

I used regular old ATF to fill things back up. Like mentioned, it's about 7.something ounces or 211 milileters.

While you have everything apart, give it a good cleaning. My fluid was pretty nasty, so I wanted to get as much of the old stuff out as I could. I cleaned all the springs, cleaned the tubes and cleaned all the bushings and whatnot as well. Also, you'll want to check the wear indicator bushing at the base of you're slider. If 75% or more of the teflon coating is missing, you'll need to replace that. Mine showed almost no signs of wear at all, so I was happy about that.

well i topped my forks up to about 3 oz..put the little bolts back on, and did a little test by jumping on the front forks while on the machine...they did nothing..like solid rocks..so i took out a bunch..probally half, and its where i would like the suspension to be set at..not liike it has much in the first place..anyways

i hope this is still ok thrash??
