Need Diagram for ATC70

Need Diagram for ATC70
My ATC70 is not running. I thought it had electronic ignition, but
ir may be conventional. I need to find points and condenser.
Do you take off the recoil?
Also, I have a wiring harness connector but there are
no lights . Why the harness?

Need Diagram for ATC70
Thanks guys, the informatio on the ATC70 is simple enough.
Only one thing. The alternater seems to have a capacitor and
maybe a set of points according to the schematic. Is that right?
