In this quote you said that you turned the crankshaft 180 degrees, did you mean the camshaft??

Default 200x cylinder head assembly

Yeah i ment the camshaft. But now i dont even have the motor any more, i sold it and now im looking for an xr200 motor, i had one lined up for it but it turned out to be a rip off. So what im doing now is i invested my money into a running 1985 KTM 500, going to part it out on ebay and with the money i make from that i am going to put it back into the 200x with the xr200 motor.
