ATC 200X 2.5587-2.4807 in or 64.990-65.000 mm Wear Limit 65.10 mm
All other 200cc: 65.000-65.010 mm Wear limit 65.10 mm
Stock is 65 mm Piston
My 200X has a rust corroded cylinder I have to go 2nd over Which is 1.00 mm so first over would be .5 mm

You aren't going to clean anything with only 10 over. I don't even think a 10 over is even available anymore anyway.
A 10 over piston would be a 65.25mm and a 20 over would be a 65.5mm.
The price you are quoting is obviously for a forged piston. It will come with the rings, wrist pin, and both circlips. Be sure to have your cylinder bored by someone who knows what they are doing if you go with a forged piston. These pistons require more clearance than a cast piston like came stock because the piston will expand once the engine reaches operating temprature. Same goes for the ring gap. You can't use the manual's recommendations for piston clearance or ring gap. Wiseco or which ever brand it is that you are looking at includes their own specifications with the piston.
That is why so many people talk smack about Wiseco pistons......because they simply weren't assembled correctly.
You can get an aftermarket cast piston kit from your dealer in the $50.00 range. These are the same type pistons that came in your engine from the factory. In fact, the most common brand name cast piston, ART, is the OEM supplier for nearly all of Honda's ATVs up till this very day.
There have been many discussions here over the years regarding the pros and cons of running forged pistons versus cast pistons....but if assembled correctly, either will last you a long time. Do keep in mind that the forged piston setup will require you to be more careful with your jetting though. Rich isn't a big thing, but being too lean will give you nightmares. Your local Honda dealer has the sources to get the piston and gasket set you need. They deal with more than just OEM parts. You just have to ask for the aftermarket versions. They arrive days earlier than OEM parts as well, so it shouldn't take more than 2 to 3 days max for them to arrive at your dealer if he doesn't have them already in stock. Expect to pay $70 to $80 for the piston kit and gasket set according to your dealers mark up.

Regarding knowsalot's comment "That is why so many people talk smack about Wiseco pistons......because they simply weren't assembled correctly." I can back that up. Many years ago I had an old 1983 185s, and I put a wiseco forged piston in it. Not knowing any better, I used the OEM specs for ring clearance and piston gap. Well, the very first time I took it out on the trail, the engine got hot, the piston seized up and caused all sorts of other stuff to break. Long story short, I ended up having the cylinder rebored and put in a new wiseco piston, this time using the correct gaps and clearances. After that she pulled like a raped ape and ran great for years to come. To this day I wish I had never gotten rid of that machine.
