It has two air bleeds and they are absolutely clean. I ran the carb through my cleaner again so I know that it is clean because after the cleaning I sprayed carb cleaner through all the ports and all is well. once I am rolling and the engine is under load it is fine so I guess it is a old Honda issuse that I am going to have to live with.
