If you haven't been into a transmission before,.... me explaining the pieces to look for will look like I am teaching you a foreign language....LOL
But I don't mind helping out. Just get your manual and do the tear down first, and then go from there.

Before tearing into the lower part of that engine, study your manual pertaining to it. I do it myself just as a precaution on any machine that I haven't turned a wrench on before. It will give you an idea on what pieces to look out for and it will also prevent you from making a mistake in the tear down process.....and we all make them from time...LOL

Unless you find one on ebay....you have no choice other than going to your Kawi dealership.

Price will depend on the dealer. Very few use MSRP anymore.
I wouldn't expect you to get away with one from a dealer for under 50 bucks....so don't wear your G-string undies when you go there because things are gonna tighten up pretty quick when you hear the price I'm afraid.

I have to jump in just for the fact that knowsalot is 100% correct on getting the book. The first case I split had 3 washers (shims) fall out when I split the case The book payed for itself at that moment alone [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img].

 

I was on Ebay today I a seen a manual on there, I think that it was for the 110, it was like 16 bucks! just Type in Kawasaki ATC and then start looking. I have a KLT160, when I got it, there was a manual with it, I would be more than happy to copy some pages for you if they are the same bottom ends. Knowsalot my know 100% on that one.
