Maybe go to your local auto parts store or farm&fleet and buy some PB BLASTER (its like WD-40 only way better) and tip the wheeler up on its side and spray the threaded end of the bolt. The PB BLASTER will work its way down the bolt. Soak it good for a day.(still taking about the bolt..lol)

I heated up the bolt and where it goes through the swingarm. Put the nut on the bolt backwards 3/4 on and beat hard and straight. Took a while and tried many things but I think this works fine if you have the time. Take all the pressure off the swingarm and frame so it doesnt bind together.

All I have ever used is a 12" tapered punch from sears and my 48oz mack ball peen (sp?) and when it comes out; LOOK OUT! never seen one bad enough to cut out........some of this stuff requires good tools.........finding a old 12oz claw hammer in the closet and trying to use it on a 20+ year old rusted bolt, usually doesnt work too well. Jeff is correct, it helps to take the "other" stuff loose that may be putting tention on the swingarm bolt.

if you can get the bolt to slide out a little way,,,,,you can use a small air hammer with a long shank with a grooved end to tap-tap-tap her out
It has worked for me on many old ceased swingarm bolts amongst other things
biggest hassle is getting a good angle on the inside of the bolt head from the other side of the bike,,,,,thats where the long shankd really helps
maybe hit it with some heat also,,,,that never hurt,,,,just dont melt anything
