Default spark plug on the 350X

i have a 86 350X, it seems to be running kinda ruff, i bored it 60 over, k&n filter--no air box- with a mikuni 36mm, i just put it back together a few weeks ago, it dont have the get up like it did when i redon it, it had a different plug in it than what was supposed to be in it, so i changed it, it act up mainly when you start winding the motor hard, any ideas. im stumped, i have tried just about ererything
