Ok I'm looking in my shop manual for the 83 - 85 200x and it says maximum HP is 18.

That number is at the crankshaft and is determined by Honda.

It's like me bragging that my ATK/Cannondale makes 53HP.....which it does.......but at the crankshaft

hi i have a 400cc engine witch is 11hp so im guessing around 5.5hp

Not thinking so. So many more things go into consideration when talking about HP numbers then CC's. A tiny 4 banger can make more horsepower then a LS1 Camaro engine, which is a v8.
