I may have ruined the piston. It will not come out with a "shot of air". I have scarred up the end of the piston working it back and forth with some channel locks. Any other suggestions to remove the piston from the main body? It is tight, feels like the rubber seal is wedged between the piston and piston wall. Even if I destroyed the piston from torquing on it, themain caliper is still good, just need the piston removed.

I had the same problem with my 350x rear caliper. I couldn't get he piston out and damaged the end of it in the process so i took it to a local repair shop and it ended up only costing me around $30 to get it fixed, he also told me that the soft end of the piston is only to help with the heat caused by the pads rubbing on the rotor (don't hold me to that its been awhile lol). If you have ruined the piston tho i think a new one is a pricey $50+! Hope this helps. Later man.

Hello NATE!!!!!
If you want to send it my way, with a caliper rebuild kit....I'll do it for you free..(and quick this time....LOL ) You can usuall save the piston, unless it is just trashed! How is the trike running?

Thanks, I will mail up and include some BBandit new parts. I will send up a few used duplicate parts (hoses, extra cylinder, etc) that you could choose the best from. What a bugger!
Have rode it around the subdivision a few times, and is running great. Plan to go with a friend down here to some woods he has in a few weeks (probably after deer season!).
Thanks.
