Hi, I bought a Honda 200M recently and did some repairs on it, hubs, breaks and so on. Other than what I repaired everything else was fine but.... I want this machine to really perform. I.ve been riding for many years but in terms of knowing quality pieces and upgrades I have no idea. I can do all the wokr myself without a problem. What I'd like to know is what can I do to improve this machine in terms of mechanics and performance. I would appreciate any and all advice anyone would care to make. Thanks.

 

Hey fellow Canadian!
I have an 84 200M, and I dont know of any improvements, but I for one am satisfied with it stock.
Considering the fact that there is no low range on this model, it has incredible torque in first gear.
I pull my ski boat with a 115 merc around with it and once I even pulled my van uphill in my driveway!!
Not bad at all for 200cc.
There is a company in Ontario called Royal Distributing, they do have a few items available, mostly stock replacement items but they may have an upgraded (and louder) exhaust.
