need help to paint honda 200m
Good question, I myself am thinking of painting a 350x headlight that is red to white so it will match my fenders and so it will be different. also need to paint my front fender because its all cracked up looking.
The only advice i can give you is that paint sicks better to scuffed up surfaces rather then smooth plastic.

Thought i would pass this along. i bought a ytm 200 and the yellow plastic was pretty faded. the kids and i took an afternoon and took all the plastic parts off and sanded them down. we was using 100 and 150 grit paper just because thats what i had and we really wasnt after perfection just a fresh color. to our surprise the fender and all came out with great results. we used the new plastic fusion paint from wal-mart. this stuff works. you can bend the plastic and it dont crack or peel. i even shot some on my plastic trash can in the garage with no prep work and a few hours later took my finger nails and tried to scratch it off. nope it didnt do nothing to the paint some really tough stuff. i took a knife to scratch it and the paint didnt peel or flake the knife just cut thru it like it was the natural color of the trash can. good stuff i say.
