I don’t have the specs on your bike but the checks for the coils are mostly continuity checks for testing. The numbers you gave are not even close to what my 84 200 big red is supposed to be. You can probably get all these specs at the dealer, most will let you look at the manuals there.

With that said on the old bikes like this I find it’s usually a connection problem, corroded on/off switch, or the exciter coil. Never seen an Ignition coil go bad although I have seen them not fire if not grounded properly, CDIs I have rarely seen go bad but have seen the leads get corroded as well in there.

No fire problems in my experience are usually pretty easy when you look back but a pain to find. I just spend 2 days fixing a no fire for an 85 trx250 and it ended up being the neutral safety switch had come unplugged when jacking the bike up to change the tire ( which must have loosened it because it didn’t come loose till I was 10 miles into the woods) under the swing arm. I didn’t even remember there was a plug there until I was tracing the harness for damage.
