re; 1st 3 wheeler

got the rear bearings and seal and rear brakes done . took about a hour and all went well . these things are very easy to work on . kinda surpised my self , good old pentrating oil helped too
the next thing i need to find out and get acomplished is ..... can these brake drums de resurfaced, it looks like the braking surface is bonded to the drum . this drum is corroded and it should be resufaced so if any one can help with that it would be great . Alittle bout me i was a boat mecanhic for 12 years i am also a licensed small engine mechanic but now i just work at a brewery so if any body needs advice or other stuff i hope i can help
took it out for a test drive after rear work and everything was perfect had a good ride untill the wife made me cut the grass instead thanks for the help every one hope to hear from y all soon

Glad you were able to get the drum off.
Just how corroded is the drum? At the risk of sounding like a back yard mechanic, I would suggest cleaning it up with sandpaper as well as you can and leave it at that.
If you can stop / lock up the rear wheels it should be fine.

thats what i did just cleaned the brake drum with emer cloth and left it at that
went ou tand bought the service manual so if you need any info let me know
it does about 4 or 5 different models
next thing i got to do is adjust the cam shaft drive chain i read about it and its one of the easiest things to do
