I think this question was on here a while ago but no i do not think it will work. You could ask your local honda dealer if it will but they will probably just want you to buy a new one and lie to ya like mine does LOL.

 

lol yeah thats what i would be affraid of. Because right now I'm workin on droppin a 350x motor in my 200x frame and i have parts from both and didn't know what would work and what wouldn't.

 

I would have to say NO, unless you can still read the part numbers on them and they are the same.

OR you have a manual for both machines and the plug in is the same on both and the electrical specs are EXACTLY the same.

Sorry. Been so long since I posted a link, I cant seem to get it right.
Anyway, I got a CDI for a 350X on ebay right now. Few days left on it.

 

hey what about the coil? wouldnt that be the same?

 

Yes. Coils are interchangable between the two. You may to swap the plug wire though.
