If anyone knows about the little rubber spacer between the cylinder and carb. Well I put my atc 200 motor in a 200x frame and everything bolted right up except for the way the carb goes in. It hits the back shock and wont fit. Does the 200x have a different shaped or angeled intake hose between the cylinder and carb than the atc 200. If i purchase a 200x intake thing or what ever they call it will it allow me to bolt up my carb to my atc 200 motor in the 200x frame.

I bolted the carb straight to the cylinder with out the spacer type intake. And it fit good except it over heated my carb and turn the gas into a vapor and stopped running good when it got hot so I will have to find some way to bolt up my carb.

 

I have done this engine swap before as has many others. Yes, get the 200X intake manifold and that will line up your carb the way it should be.
