110 carb help

Are you running an airfilter on this machine? If you are remove it then see how it runs. If it runs better then I would check your valve lash. It is possible that your valves are not opening all the way as they should be. It would let the machine idle great but as soon as you give it more gas it is forcing more gas in than the valves are letting into the cylinder, causing it to choke out. The intake and exhaust valves should be set at a .002 gap. You could tell if your valve rockers are worn simply by listening to them and you should hear a prominent clicking comming from the valves while it is running. another thing to check would be to see if your choke is sticking.

Great piont to check the valve gap
I would also check ignition timing I have done this on my bikes using an inductive timing light and an external battery make sure to set timing to the F mark not the T
If valve lash is good and timing good
Could be engine lean
I would get carb kit clean again Soak in carb cleaner not spray
Install kit
If still issue could need jetting
Thanks
