i just bought a 1985 250 big red that has some problems shifting down for second to first. im driving along and im gearing down to slow down and i try to go from second to first. i push the shifter down the whole way and i fell no click but it comes back up fine and is stil in second gear. i have to push down on the shift a lot of times before it goes from second to first and somtime this problem happens even if i'm stopped,, does anyone know what this might be,, thanks
