ice racing ATC's

Hey all, I noticed in another topic that you guys ice race on your trikes. I live in WI and am a member of CWIRA. On any given weekend from Jan 6th- Feb21st (I think) we have a race in Central WI (Feb 4th is Winona,MN though). I will have pics up on my site of some of the trikes after the first weekend. I would love some pictures and stories of other ice racing organizations that let trikes run.

Brad, do you guys race on an oval? I was hoping to find more ice drags in northeast WI. the only drags I know of are at Chute Pond. I have been running my 86 350X there for years. If you would like to hook up for this type of racing, let me know. I am located 10 miles north of Green Bay. Later, Karl

Hey Karl and Steve,
I hope to have my wheeler running again soon and want to hook up and ride with you guys. Also we ride the Rat River which is a small twisty river of off the Wolf near Fremont. We should plan a ride late Jan. Our racing organization runs all ovals and TT's. No drags for us. I wouldn't mind checking one out if they are on a Saturday though. Also we are having a CWIRA race on Partridge Lake in Fremont Jan 14th. We would like all the spectators we can get. E-mail me for info.

Still running the 300ex but went back to a stock sleeved cylinder overbored with a high comp piston and a stock 300ex carb again. Should run real strong though, going for reliability so I can sell it easier and get a 400ex. Got a few good deals around here I am looking at. Talked to a friend today and we are planning on running the Rat River Jan 13th. Come on down.

A friend and I rode the Lt. Suamico River last night from 41/141 to the bay. Open water was not a problem but all the frozen slush made it a pretty bumpy ride.
Karl, e-mail me at TRX250R87@aol.com if you want to hook up with us one of these days.
