I am looking for testing information for the stator, pick-up coil and CDI box on an old honda 110. Any helpwould be greatly appreciated.

 

As complicated as those tests are and all the individual tests needed to test them, (especially the CDI), you need to purchase a repair manual for it. To properly test a CDI, takes no less than 50 seperate measurements from different points on the machine...taking into account that it must be tested seperately from the stator, which is another series of tests.
One tip for you though,...dont use the cheap $10 voltmeters from the local retailer....they simply dont measure the same as a quality one. Splurge for the good ones. Crazy, I know, but its true.
