82 110 atc carb help
Picked up a 110 atc for the wife yesterday, had not ran in about a year.
Got it started this morning and drove it around in the new snow we got, what a blast!
I could not get it to idle and it had fuel running out of the bottom hole, so I decided to take the carb apart and clean it and see if the float was cracked or stuck. Everything looked good, had some crap in it. The float seemed fine. Put it back together, got it idling, but it is still leaking out of the hole.
The float was moving up just fine when I put it together. I have read somewere there is something you can "bend" to adjust it? Sorry I have been searching but cannot find were I read it. Or is it maybe just stuck? It didn't start leaking till I drove it around some, but it still is after I put it together.
Another question is on adjusting it...
In the picture above (thanx sansabar) there are two screw adjustments. Correct me if I am wrong but the upper on the middle of the carb is for idle, and the one on the lower left is for enrichment?
Thax for any help.

Sorry I did not read all
The two screws you refer to
The right you are correct is Idle should be about 1500 rpm +-
The other is air/fuel at idle should be about 1-3/8 turn to start
Let warm up before adjust
Also set your timing and adjust your cam chain tension
I have found with the age of these most have not been done in years

FIX IT!!! The needle was not attached right with the throttle cable. I took the carb off and checked the float and all was fine. It was leaking on the air filter side of the carb, not the overflow. Starts first pull now too which was good considering it is about 20 degrees out.
I didn't know the needle was wrong, I put it back in how it came out, musta been a problem before, prolly why I got it so cheap.
I also adjusted the damn brake so it actually stops now too.
It will sit now till xmas, then the wife will ride it around the yard a bit, then when my manual shows up I can do a valve adjustment and then go after the bearings or whatever is worn in the back end of it.
