Yesterday I picked up a 200x, last night took the carb apart and soaked it overnight, got it all running today. I had no brakes so I filled up the rear brake and bled it and got it working great. Aired up the front shocks and got them going, but my rear shock doesn't seem to work at all.

Also when i ride it on the road the fron tire seems to sway alot like it is bent, but I was wondering if it could be the rear axle causing it?

 

I would say that the rear axle is bent. When the axle is bent it sways like you said and can be a little shakey.
