www.denniskirk.com has everything you need. You can either buy a rebuild kit or just the parts you need (link below). Sounds like you need a cage ("sprocket" thing) and new throw out springs (little wire springs that pop the ratchet dogs out to catch the cage).
If it isn't recoiling as it should, you either need a new main spring or you didn't preload the main spring a couple turns when you put it back together.
