Default Need 86 200x help

Hi, I did'nt think I'd ever be asking a trike question, but yesterday I was X-C skiing to the mailbox and seen a trike in a back yard. There was a guy in the front so I asked him about it because I was kinda looking for a chain driven axle to make a small quad trailer out of. He said he'd sell it to me so we dug it out of the snow and I hauled it home. After I defrosted it it looked like it had'nt been rode much at all but sitting out in the weather had ruined the seat. The tires were good so I thought I'll try and get this puppy runnin' first. Cleaned carb/jets made sure the pipe wasn't obstructed, got a nice blue spark and I thought I'm going to get this thing fired up in no time. Wrong, no compression kicks over fine with no noise. took it apart to where I could see the cam and it and the rockers looked clean and the chain is turning. so, what do I need to do with the cam chain tensioner to pull the head off to check the piston and rings? I have a manual coming soon, but I kinda want to check it out now. BTW, it's still has 2/3 of it's orig. back tires. I don't have a clue what to do about the seat but I'll worry about that later. TIA

Here it is, I also have a 250r quad and this feels alot lighter than that.

That looks nice. Definately worth fixing. The 86 motor is different than the previous 200x, plus it is a 6 speed instead of 5. I've ridden one but never worked on one. Good find.

She's purring now!Almost got a seat for it last night on ebay. My seat/fender off my "86 250R almost works on it. My goal is to stay under $200 total.
