I am trying to rebuild an atc 200 and I am not famiular with the ACR, can I just remove it? it is currently atached to the pull start and the other end is tucked under the seat. I have not been able to try to start it because I need to rebuild the pull starter, it is just free-wheeling (not engaging) I think it will be a simple fix, I have rebuilt my atc 110's pullstart a few times. it is just to cold to work on it today. so back to the question, do I need the auto compression release ?
