Default 250sx Electrical

My bike after sitting winter starts on kicker, but the lights and
starter and neutral light no longer work. I was looking @ the wiring
diagram and I cant see how this is possible.

Dose CDI unit get power from the wire that goes to the Alternator if
not which wire / pin? There are six wires to CDI.

Is your battery dying? If the neutral light isn't working and the battery isn't dead and it is in neutral then it might be the wire under the motor going to the neutral switch. They come loose very easy.

yeah I had the same problem then i found that stupid connection on the right side.
also if that doesnt work there was a conection on the left side that was corroded and it was stopping the starter from working.

the cdi probably works on its own stator coil, separate from the lighting coil.... so it will run even if no lights or anything work. depending on how its wired, a really stone dead battery could stop everything from working, and after sitting all winter and possibly freezing, thats a good place to check....
