I just recently picked up a no running 86 200s was told it has a stuck valve or bent valve, however I took out the sprk plug and you can watch the valves open and close when pull the rope. so I am thinking it is not a valve problem, I do have spark there is some compression but I think it is firing at the wrong time.
I had a manual but I had lent it out and have not gotten it back yet.

I am looking for the timing marks as how to time this machine.

84-86 ATC 200s
igination timing initial 10 degree plus/minus 2 degree BTDC at idel
full advance 30 degree plus/minus 2 degree BTDC at 3,350 rpm

Honda mechanic shot me the info last night..
in the process we did pull the head and found that the intake valve was not closing all the way, due to the p/o who retapped or rethreaded the plug hole ran it right down into the intake valve. burr city now needs new valve..
but the piston and walls look great like brand new can't wait to put the ne w valve in and try it.
