I need to do an enginen rebuild on my 1985 Honda ATC 110 and am looking for a big bore/stroker kit. I have been looking with out any luck. Does anyone know of one or of any other honda pistons that would work after the cyclinder was bored out. I figure if I am going to do it I might as well go big or go home.

now all you can do is look and scrounge
Look at the used 110s out there and possibly find used parts or keep lookout for someone that had a shop back in the day selling their parts that have been taking up space for years there are parts out there
you could look at a new Lifan engine and go that way
On one of my 82 110s I went online to dratv.com
I ordered the 54mm piston kit then ordered the hi perf cam for the 90
It does work in the 110 you will need to use a longer bolt to hold the rotor assembly on the cam you will also need to pay attn to the pin for the rotor assembly as on some engines it is short and will need a spacer in bottom of hole
( if you oreder cam it will make sense)
In basic the 90 and 110 used the same cam only major difference is the 90 only came with points ignition and after 81 the 110s have CDI
The stem where the rotor assembly is longer on the 110 cam but I simply had a buddy at machine shop make me a small filler spacer used a longer bolt
Works great much better than stock and with bigger bore 1mm
I did also find a header with Super Trap exhaust
Las I looked dratv has the Cobra header
also Super Trap parts
You will have to rejet especially when you remove the restrictive air intake tube running up inside of frame
Once again back to dratv
order some jets and get a set of micro drill bit set (Number Drills 61-80) they are small but will go larger than you can buy jets

I will have to look at my notes tonight and see where my 110s ended up

In 1985 a big bore 110 was the 125. I think the only difference between the 110 and 125 was the jug and piston. Put a 125 top end on it. You wont really gain anything by displacement alone though without upping compression plus intake and exhaust mods like Ray said.
