need help with 3 piece front wheel on 79 atc 110

the wheel was in three part got a tube and tire dont know what side the hub goes on are does it matter

Shouldn't matter on the front. On the rear's, you just want to make sure that the tire pressure nipple is on the outside.

it wont matter as long as the hub is centered in the rim ... if it is offset then it will make a difference
