so i found this one on craigs list its an 84 big red, got it with known pulse generator issue, the springs and arms were gone, so i robbed the one off my other 200 and had to get the pin from the shaft also, got it all on, fixed the pull starter and tried to fire it up, starter fluid in carb, nothing at all, so i was hoping you all could help, any info at all would be nice, i am going to look at the coil in the magneto region, as i have had that issue on my other 200s, but what i would like to know is can anyone email me pages from tech manual about timing and adjustments i need to make to all the realted parts involved...it also has the electric start capability, but has no battery, the guy i got it from says he had hooked a battery up and it would turn over, i am unablel to do that, keeps blowing the fuse, the switch is not there just a wire that he said he could ground on a screw on the handlebar and it would turn over, what amp fuse should be in the loop there, i think it was 32a ?? dont hold me to it, and where can i get a replacement metal pin for the impulse shaft ?,

i have 3 200 atv, only one works at moment and i want the other 2 up and going, have parts coming in from ebay and such, and then i have a really nice 185 that has already been redone and looks and runs great, also have a 110 that needs bearings in the rear which i have already, but need a cutting torch to remove makeshift tow-hitch plate someone prior put on and its not allowing me to remove the rear end but thats another issue all together, lord i love 3 wheelers....

thanks a bunch, that really helped me out, i got it running, seems a little weak right now, slips some in 2nd and 3rd gear, and started backfiring really bad yesterday and wont stay running, i think its getting flooded out really bad, i can smell gas, so i'll be looking into the carb today after work, i also need to find a cam pin for the pulse generator anyone know where i can get one of them
