I pulled off the timing chain tensioner because of an oil leak,i put it back in and it ran good for about 30 seconds.It no longer had any power.I took it back out and kind of messed with it,put it back in the bike now it wont even start.Can anyone help?

 

you probably knocked the timing out of whack ... check the timing marks and see if its ok

 

How and where do i do that?

 

You have to remove the top cover to check timing... They it must be sealed when installed & valves adjusted .. If the cam chain slipped by removing the tensioner then it must be quite slack and probably needs to be replaced ..

 

So.....basically it needs a top end job on it?
