Replacement Gas Tanks?

You do realize that the seals and dust seals only cost about $30. You can make a set of seal drivers out of the proper diameter PVC tubing. You find the right size and cut it lengthwise and use it to drive the seals in. It's no big deal. I have a seal driver because I work on these. I got the trike for $500, it needs about $4-500 in motor work and a few hundred for new bearings/sprocket/chain. It's clean enough to get about $2200 for it. I might just keep it and train my wife to ride it.

Hey LT,
The good new is I took the motor apart tonight and will likely get by with just a counterbalancer and about $50 dollars worth of case repair plus the new gaskets and seals. Looks like a got a relativley clean R with a DG ( I know it isn't the best) pipe and silencer and and extra set of new wheels and sand paddles for a grand (including every new bearing the machine has) and some elbow grease. I guess the sun does shine on a dogs a** every here and then. Is your uncle goiong to buy yours?? I've never seen that part of the country and I could pass it off as a vacation with my wife , just so long as I brought her with.
