Well I have a 1986 atc 350x, mine is in mint condition, but not stock. I have a 6 inch extended swing arm, everything on it has been powdercoated, you can see it at Oregon Sand DunesOH yeah and I am not from new york!

 

The guy I bought my motorcycle from has 2,an 86,and a 85,the 86 was a friend of mine's ride,is still bone stock, and runs great,the 85 is almost complete,and is almost all restored.

 

I own 4 350x's. A '86 12-1 piston, K&N air filter, cobra large diameter head pipe, Super Trapp end, All-Trak tires, clarke tank, RAD carrier.

Almost mint '85 bought 1 year ago from the original owner, needs fork boots and has one small dent in the tank.

Two parts '85's, working on making them into one good machine.

I'm in Minnesota. ALso have a '85 200x.

any one still want to get togher for an ATC ride?? any 3 wheeler lets organize one.

 

Ride? Hmm, mine has put me out of commision for a while. I got it back together & running nice ( new clutch, head redone, & honed cylinder) for a few hours. Mine has been a bear to start since day 1. I think I tore or hyperextended my achilles tendon trying to start it. I kicked it over & my heel hit the foot peg while the other end of my foot kept going.. After getting off the ground in agony & trying to yell a few chpoice words while in agony I tried to gear start it with my riding mower. After about 15 minutes of this it started, but was blowing major smoke & running like crap. I have discovered the crank case is extremely low. All this was about a week ago, I havent even looked at it since. I think I might have a bad float, needle & seat or a percolating problem. I also think its time to find something w/ elec start & may be selling this thing.

i feel sorry for you man. i know how it is to have a non running machine,i had brokeb bearing carrier, twisted forks and all that good crap. it was out of comission for a long time i had to come up with some funds befoer any thing can get fixed.
jobs are nice. lol keep me informed haha

I've got 2, one in stock ATC form and the other in modified TRX 350RX form.
I love them both, but the RX took me out for a couple of months... broken right leg, and tore my left arm off with exception of the skin(all muscles and tendons...5 hours of surgery). My first major wipeout in 20 years of riding.

 

that has to hurt.
