exhaust for 200x with 200s motor......i need help damn

Are you sure it's an '86 model and not a '84 or '85?????
The 200S engine isn't a "bolt-in" engine for the '86 like it would be on an earlier model. The '83-'85 models have a roundtubing frame while the '86-'87 models are square tube.
If it is indeed an '86 model, you are going to have to retrofit a few different parts to get it all together. No bolt-on exhaust is available for that kind of set-up that I know about.
If it's an '83-'85 model, you can use the complete exhaust from an '83-'85 200X.
BTW...Try being a little more patient next time. Even if you had posted this on the other forums, don't expect someone to immediatly reply.
We all have to go riding too!!!!!!!!!!

The best pipe for these engines are the SuperTrapp 4" Race Series. No question there. It's been the "hot" pipe for these ATVs since they came out in the 1980s.
The pipes are still available for these models but are rather expensive. This pipe runs about $300.00 and comes with the header pipe.
My second pick would be the Cobra aluminum exhaust. It runs about $120.00 and also includes the header pipe.

With the pipe and 22" tires with stock gearing, you should be able to hit somewhere between 55 and 60mph.
If you want a little more topend power go with the XR200 camshaft. It's as wild as you can get without heavier valve springs.
The carburetor from the XR200 is also a good add on for more topend and bolts right up as well.
If topspeed is your main concern and you don't encouter any inclines where you ride, you can go about as fast as you want. These engines will pull tall gearing even in stock form but will leave nothing down low for a trail ride. Don't expect to get any holeshot awards either.
